Shipping Questions
All items are shipped via USPS. Our processing times are at the top of the page.
We offer standard ground shipping for $5.25 for all items (up to 5lbs) with a 1-5 business day delivery timeframe. As of April 2026, we have increased our shipping costs to $5.25, as a direct results of USPS price increases that went to effect this year.
As you may know, USPS is facing a multitude of issues, one of which sometimes includes extended delivery times. Unfortunately, once the package is dropped off at the post office, there is not much we can do to speed up delivery. If the package has not scanned or moved in over 3 weeks, please reach out, so that I can file a claim with USPS. USPS does not consider a package lost until it has been over 30 days.
Please be aware of extended shipping timeframes during the holidays. Our processing times reflect the time between you placing your order, and us dropping it off at USPS. It does not include USPS time.
If your item is marked as delivered, but you do not receive your item. Please give it a couple of days, sometimes USPS marks items as delivered a few days early. If it does not show up, we will help you with filing a claim with USPS.
Cancellations and Refunds
Returns
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to accept returns due to the nature of our products.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only allowed for the first 24-hours after placing your order. Please respond to the order e-mail, or e-mail us at hello@madhousecraftingco.com with your order number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Make sure to contact us within 30 calendar days from delivery, for damaged or defective items.
International Orders
At this time - we are only accepting orders on the website for the US. If you are outside of the US, and would like to place an order - please contact us to arrange a special order. Send us a note at hello@madhousecraftingco.com

Have you bought something from us in the past? and it's no longer on the website? We can probably reproduce it. We make the majority of our products in house with love in the craft dungeon.
Questions about Artwork, Licensing, and AI
The majority (but not all) of the artwork and designs on our items, are created in house and are exclusive to our shop. We are not offering licensing opportunities at this time.
We also purchase commercially licensed artwork, vectors, or fonts to use in some of our designs. If you want more details on this, we are happy to share.
We do not use artificial intelligence (AI) to create any of our designs. We do not support the use of generative AI in the creative world, and strongly support human designers and artists. We certainly do not create our designs using any artificial intelligence, and make all efforts to not purchase commercially licensed artwork that has been created using AI. Any poorly designed and/or ugly items are proudly created in house by the human.
