Shipping Questions

All items are shipped via USPS. Our processing times are at the top of the page.

We offer standard shipping for $5 for all items with a 1-5 business day delivery timeframe.

As you may know, USPS is facing a multitude of issues, one of which sometimes includes extended delivery times. Unfortunately, once the package is dropped off at the post office, there is not much we can do to speed up delivery. If the package has not scanned or moved in over 3 weeks, please reach out, so that I can file a claim with USPS. USPS does not consider a package lost until it has been over 30 days.

Please be aware of extended shipping timeframes during the holidays. Our processing times reflect the time between you placing your order, and us dropping it off at USPS. It does not include USPS time.

If your item is marked as delivered, but you do not receive your item. Please give it a couple of days, sometimes USPS marks items as delivered a few days early. If it does not show up, we will help you with filing a claim with USPS.

Cancellations and Refunds


Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to accept returns due to the nature of our products.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only allowed for the first 24-hours after placing your order. Please respond to the order e-mail, or e-mail us at with your order number.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Make sure to contact us within 30 calendar days from delivery, for damaged or defective items.

International Orders

At this time - we are only accepting orders on the website for the US and Canada. If you are outside of that area and would like to place an order - please contact us to arrange a special order. Send us a note at

Have you bought something from us in the past? and it's no longer on the website? We can probably reproduce it. We make the majority of our products in house with love in the craft dungeon.

Pick Up In Person Options

Madhouse Crafting Co. offers pick-up in person options only for events that we are vending at or attending. We will announce these events on our social media pages, and on this FAQ page.

To use this option, please e-mail BEFORE placing your order to arrange pick-up, so we can activate that check-out option. Our expectation is that this option is used by folks that are outside of the US and/or are already planning to attend that event and shipping would not reach them in time.

If you fail to meet us at the pre-arranged location within the designated pick-up window, and do not give us a reasonable heads up or notice, we will cancel your order and charge you a $10 fee, while refunding the rest of your order. We will not chase you down.

Otherwise, we offer standard shipping for almost all items for $5 domestically with a 1-5 day delivery estimate.

Questions about Artwork and Licensing

Almost all of the artwork and designs on our items, are created in house and are exclusive to our shop. We are not offering licensing opportunities at this time.

There are a handful of physical items, that include commercially licensed clipart or fonts. If you want more details on this, we are happy to share. We do not use AI generated artwork in our designs.
